Season 2 is nearly here: 1xBet GOAT League is back!

Star teams, media personalities, and streamers will once again battle it out for a share of an even bigger prize fund of $250,000, which will be awarded as follows:

1st place – $100,000
2nd place – $50,000
3rd/4th place – $25,000
5th/6th place – $15,000
7th/8th place – $10,000

As well as increasing the cash prize, we’ve also made some minor changes to the standard League rules. Teams will now have to go through a group stage before they can compete for the top spots in the tournament. The number of participating teams has grown to eight, which means that viewers can look forward to even more all-star matches in the GOAT League Summer VACation tournament!

Matches will take place under the familiar slogan "Good Game Well Paid" on current Counter-Strike:Global Offensive tournament maps: the familiar Ancient, Anubis, Inferno, Mirage, Nuke, Overpass, and Vertigo, as well as fan favorites Dust2 and Train. To shake the competition up a bit, all maps will be mirrored.

Amongst some newbie teams, the winners of season 1 of the League - Lobanjica - will be taking part.

Will the newcomers relieve the kings of their crowns and prove that they deserve the biggest slice of this quarter-of-a-million-dollar pie?

The likes of olofmeister, AdreN and Nikolarn are already lining up to stake their claim to champion status. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg!

A final list of participants will be announced before the start of the event.

All GOAT League Summer VACation matches will be shown on the official 1xBet channel on Twitch. Spectators can also watch the tournament on the main CS:GO portal at hltv.org.
